Shipping & Returns


Most of the items on this website are in-stock and ready for shipping. All orders will be despatched within 2 business days of clearance of payment in full. Unfortunately we do not deliver during weekends or Australian public holidays. In this instance, please expect deliveries to resume on the next business day. All delivery costs will be automatically calculated upon checkout and confirmation of delivery address and items ordered.

Once an order has been placed, an email will be sent to your designated email address to confirm all items and delivery details. Once payment has cleared, another email will be sent containing your receipt number, the postal/courier service provider used and a tracking number (where applicable). Please retain a copy of this email for your records.

Local (incl. Interstate Australia) Deliveries: We use Australia Post, Fastway Couriers and TNT postal services depending on the product(s) ordered. Estimated delivery times are between 3-7 business days. Please note that TopShot Sports cannot be held liable for delivery times after despatch*. Standard delivery is charged at a flat rate of AUD10.00.

International Deliveries: We use Australia Post for all international deliveries. Estimated timeframes for receipt of items are between 2-4 weeks after payment has cleared. Please contact us if you have not received your order within this timeframe. Please note that TopShot Sports cannot be held liable for delivery times after despatch. International delivery is charged at a flat rate of AUD25.00.
IMPORTANT: Depending on where you are located, you may be subject to Import Duty and Taxes. The Buyer is responsible for any additional costs such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. If unsure, please contact the relevant authorities in your country before placing an order.

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, the item will be clearly marked “Out Of Stock” on our website and we at TopShot Sports will endeavour to fill your order based on the release date provided by the relevant manufacturer. Please contact us to receive further updates on release times.

It is the Buyer's responsibility to enter the correct address and contact details at the time of placing and finalising the order. TopShot Sports will not refund any costs and will not be obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. TopShot Sports bears NO responsibility for any loss and/or theft of content in transit after despatch.

General Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds must be notified via email and require proof of purchase (invoice or email). Any cost of return of goods will be bearable by you (the Buyer). Please keep any appropriate proof of despatch back to us as, if the items get lost in transit, we will deem you to have not returned the item(s). It is your responsibility to ensure the goods returned are in its original packaging and adequately packed to avoid damage.

Claims will not be considered unless the goods returned are:
- unopened, in its original packaging, undamaged and in re-sellable condition
- received within 14 business days of the original delivery date to the Buyer

Goods Damaged/ Faulty on Delivery

Please contact us immediately upon delivery. Please arrange for return of faulty products to us where possible. If we deem the products to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product will apply. All warranty procedures will follow specific manufacturer guidelines. All return costs will be the responsibility of the Buyer. If approved by the manufacturer, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability). Once we receive the returned item and agree that the product is faulty, we will happily refund you in full (less bank charges) for the product and for the delivery charges via the original method of payment.

Please note that products found not to be faulty/damaged will incur the full cost of delivery to us as well as the cost of re-delivery to the Buyer.

Racquet Returns & Refunds

This applies to wrong products delivered or factory defects and faults only.

Returns for all other reasons will incur the cost of delivery and re-delivery to the Buyer. No refunds will be approved.

Faulty racquets after use

  • Please email TopShot Sports the serial number and code** on the cone/shaft of the damaged racquet(s) along with a minimum of 3 clear images of the damaged area and a description of how the damage occurred. All information will be forwarded to the manufacturer.
  • Please DO NOT cut the strings from the broken racquet. Warranty requests for broken racquets with strings deemed intentionally cut and/or removed will not be considered.
  • The manufacturer may require the racquet to be returned for further inspection. If you decide to return the racquet, please do so to TopShot Sports. Please note that returning a racquet does not guarantee a successful warranty claim.
  • If the claim is successful, TopShot Sports will deliver the replacement racquet(s) free of charge to the Buyer’s address.
  • For manufacturer warranty information for specific products, please contact us via email.


Please note that we do not usually allow change of mind exchanges or refunds. However if needed, please feel free to contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving your order. If approved by TopShot Sports, the Buyer will cover all charges for return of items and for delivery of exchanged items. Exchanged items will only be despatched upon receipt of returned items which are unopened, in original packaging, undamaged and in re-sellable condition.



* Despatch = Items have been picked up by a third-party postal service.

** TopShot Sports keeps a record of all racquets sold to Buyers and their serial numbers and codes. All dealings with racquets must have these serial numbers and codes quoted.
